12-month rental Ledger (landlord-issued ledger regarding rent payments for the past year) or signed letter of recommendation from the landlord accompanied by a bank account summary of payments for the past 12 months.
If you currently own your home and are selling it, you will need to provide closing documents or a sales agreement. You must be outside of your option period to be approved.
A current picture of each pet and Proof of health and vaccinations for each pet, provided by the licensed vet must be submitted concurrently with the application.
